Join us along with the amazing Chefs Billy Lim and Rhan Whang of Noriko as we explore Japan's hottest food craze: Itameshi. Itameshi blends Italian culinary traditions with Japanese ingredients, applying Japanese meticulousness to Italian flavors.
Chefs Billy & Rhan collaborated with Tortello team Dario Monni & Annie Waugh on an indulgent 5 course meal that playfully creates magic out of the two incredible food cultures.

Course 1 | Oyster: chilled raw oyster topped with bluefin tuna toro, soy tomato granita, bottarga
Course 2 | Handroll: spicy bluefin DIY Handroll with nduja, ricotta, citrus tobiko
Course 3 | Pasta: squid ink spaghetti in an uni & squid ink sauce topped with fresh Hokkaido uni
Course 4 | Doria: “al dente” sushi rice, bechamel, wagyu beef, marinated mushrooms, parmigiano
Course 5 | Bomboloni: filled with yuzu vanilla custard, topped with matcha whipped cream

Meet the teams as they talk you through each course and enjoy an evening upstairs from Tortello in our intimate private event space DeSora. Drinks, including a special Japanese negroni & Japanese spritz, along with well paired wines and the rest of our Tortello's classic bar menu, will be available for purchase.
