Asia and Italy each have their own rich histories of cooking this favorite food and we’re so excited to welcome legendary brother duo Eric "Chops" Wat and Daniel Wat of Lao Peng You to our kitchen.
The evening features live demonstrations comparing two Chinese noodle shapes against two Italian pastas, followed by a meal of Chinese-inspired arancine, side-by-side pasta and noodle courses, and a Chinese-inspired panna cotta.
Lao Peng You means "old friend" in Chinese - exactly how we felt from the moment we met Chops & Daniel.
